Named after two iconic maritime landmarks on either side of Waterford Harbour – Hook Head in Wexford and Crooke in Waterford – this whiskey reflects the connection between where the Baltic stout was brewed and where the whiskey was crafted.

This double-distilled single malt whiskey hails from Co. Wicklow and has been matured and finished in WD O’Connell’s own warehouse in County Waterford. A limited-edition single cask release, it features a unique finish using Baltic stout from a microbrewery in County Wexford.
