Aromas (without water) Peat and virgin oak with hints of toffee, wood sap, ginger, and pepper.

Flavour Oily and viscous with lots of burnt sugar and sweet black coffee followed by spice and resin from the virgin oak very prominent with hints of fresh ginger and woody clove.
