The Yamazaki 12yo Single Malt

With a proportion of the ageing being carried out in Japanese (Mizunara) oak this has taken on some wonderful exotic spice and incense aromas. A touch of Sherry cask ageing has enhanced it with some fruit and chocolate flavours. Despite all this the whisky remains delicate and easy going.
