Teelings Galway Bay Stout Cask

With aromas of dark chocolate, truffles, some sour apples and a saline ocean spray, this whiskey is enticing on the nose. On the palate, this whiskey displays sweet malt, roasted barley, fruit and black cherry with a distinct stout influence. Created with Galway Bay Brewery's Imperial Stout - The 200 Fathoms - was originally aged in Teeling Small Batch barrels. The said Stout-seasoned barrels have now returned to Teeling and resulted in a rich, complex, malty whiskey.
