For this release, the masters and apprentices at Midleton's Method & Madness have finished Single Pot Still Irish whiskey in Japanese chestnut casks to create a whiskey alike no other. Sweet on the palate with flavours of liquorice, orange zest and cooling menthol and a lingering finish with notes of herbs, spices and roasted coffee
