The first Celtic Whiskey Shop Method & Madness Limited Edition which has been matured in both Bourbon and Sherry casks before being finished in Acacia casks. Rich, nutty and chocolatey in flavour which is complemented by a mahogany hue. Limited release of 2500 bottles.

Taste Coffee beans, dark chocolate and chilli oil.

Nose Sugared almond, wood spices and crushed cloves.

Finish Fading spices, charred wood and barley husk.
