Midleton Academy Cask

The Midleton Academy Edition No.1 is an exclusive bottling, given to those that complete the Midleton Irish Whiskey Academy. This Single Pot Still whiskey was crafted by Master Blender Billy Leighton using whiskey matured in only four American ex-Bourbon barrels; one second fill barrel from 1995, one second fill barrel from 2003 and two first fill barrels from 2003.
