Finished in ex – Tokaji seasoned Hungarian Oak

This delectable tipple has notes of sweet coconut, toffee and a juicy hint of honey dew melon. Surprisingly delicate on the palate initially with vanilla sweetness, ripe pears and apricot jam. A drop of water uncovers the darker notes beneath, with more wood influence, a rich earthiness and some darker chocolate notes. Finish is medium to long, with biscuit flavours and a warming pineapple rind.
