“A carefully blended selection of Irish pot still whiskies, all triple distilled from cereals grown on the Curraghmore Estate, and then matured separately in a virgin French oak half barrel, an Oloroso Sherry barrel and an ex-bourbon barrel. This is then carefully blended to maximise the flavours and deliver a truly complex, flavoursome and unique whiskey.” Noel Sweeney Master Blender
