Bulleit Bourbon

Mash Bill 68% corn, 28% rye, 4% corn.

This whiskey originates from the mid 1800's when Augustus Bulleit, a Louisville bartender, started experimenting in making small batch Bourbon. He later disappeared mysteriously whilst transporting barrels of whiskey to New Orleans. in 1987 the brand was resurrected by his great-great-grandson Thomas E Bulleit.

Bulleit is a great quality small batch Bourbon with a high Rye grain content. Ideal for classic whiskey cocktails such as the Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour and even the Manhattan.

Aromas (without water) Gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas.

Flavour Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Followed by a long, dry, and satiny finish with a light toffee flavour
